Maintenance Operator I - Full Time
About The Position
The Maintenance Operator I supports the day-to-day maintenance of the golf course. This role involves maintaining greens through various tasks such as mowing, plugging, verticutting, sodding, and repairing ball marks. It also includes changing cups, pin locations, and tee placements, as well as repairing divots. The operator is responsible for ensuring the good condition of cups, flags, and tee markers, checking ball washers, emptying trash, and removing course debris. Effective communication with team members and guests is essential, along with performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor or as needed by the club.
Requirements
- Understanding of the game of golf and importance of course conditions
- Appropriate state pesticide applicators license
- Previous golf course or landscape maintenance experience
Responsibilities
