Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Engineers and Designers
About The Position
AECOM is seeking Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Engineers and Designers at all levels to join their growing team throughout the southern US. Selected candidates will work on alternative delivery projects, including mega-projects. Key roles include Junior level, mid-level and senior level MOT Engineers and Task Leads, and MOT CAD Designers. Desired skillsets include Design/Build or Alternative Delivery project experience, experience or interest in developing design packages for highway improvement projects, experience with Bentley Microstation and Open Roads, and experience in all aspects of MOT design, including Cross Sections, Typical Cross Sections, Traffic Control Plans, Profiles, Temporary Signing and Pavement Markings, and Detour Routes.
Requirements
- MOT CAD Designers: BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
- Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
- Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
- Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Bentley Microstation and Open Roads
- EIT Certification or PE License
- Master’s degree in engineering
Responsibilities
