About The Position

AECOM's Southeast Transportation business line is seeking Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Engineers and Designers of all levels to join their growing team throughout the southern US. Selected candidates will work on alternative delivery projects, including mega-projects. Key roles include Junior level, mid-level and senior level MOT Engineers and Task Leads, as well as MOT CAD Designers. Desired skillsets include Design/Build or Alternative Delivery project experience, experience or interest in developing design packages for highway improvement projects, experience with Bentley Microstation and Open Roads, and experience in all aspects of MOT design, including but not limited to: Cross Sections, Typical Cross Sections, Traffic Control Plans, Profiles, Temporary Signing and Pavement Markings, and Detour Routes.

Requirements

MOT CAD Designers: BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience

Nice To Haves

EIT Certification or PE License
Master’s degree in engineering

Responsibilities

Design/Build or Alternative Delivery project experience
