About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting equipment
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

• technical or trade school preferred
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, motors, conveyors, pumps, and PLCs (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and make timely repairs to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow established safety procedures
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and plant improvements
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed
• Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams
