About The Position

Complete Building Services (CBS) is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic for facility in Washington, DC. Hours/shift Monday-Friday between 6:00 am amd 6:00 pm so must be flexible with hours. Salary $25.00 per hour. Ocassional OT. Requires commercial/residential building experience. The typical day will go something like this: Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis Conduct daily building/equipment tours Diagnose and repair simple HVAC, plumbing and electrical problems Provide assistance and support to subcontractors Perform other duties as assigned You Should Have Must possess CFC Universal Basic coursework in electrical and HVAC systems Reliable transportation Able to lift sixty (60) pounds Five (5) years experience Must be able to pass background check EOE, including disability/veterans Why You'll Love Working With Us Complete Building Services (CBS) is dedicated to delivering exceptional building operations and maintenance services for commercial and government facilities. • Must possess CFC Universal Basic coursework in electrical and HVAC systems
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift sixty (60) pounds
• Five (5) years experience
• Must be able to pass background check
