Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in food or beverage manufacturing
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience with processing, packaging, and automated production equipment
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic computer skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain food processing and packaging equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing machinery
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues
• Install, modify, and improve production equipment
• Support production teams by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns
• Complete maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment documentation
• Maintain parts inventory and maintenance supplies
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and workplace safety standards
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to improve equipment performance and reliability
