About The Position

Demonstrate full proficiency in maintenance/mechanical activities to ensure that all equipment is operating effectively and efficiently. Perform general maintenance, preventative maintenance, over-hauls, modification, fabrication, welding, and/or mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair. Work with a limited degree of supervision, with oversight focused on complex and/or new assignments. Act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience. This individual will be responsible for maintaining all systems and equipment associated with the Ultra Filter system. The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required. Requirements

Skilled in industrial maintenance.
Understanding and working knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems and mechanics.
Understanding of pneumatics.
Ability to maintain and repair plant machinery.
Good understanding of basic computer programs.
Ability to multitask.
Willingness to learn the process system.

Welding experience
P.L.C. experience

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance, preventative maintenance, over-hauls, modification, fabrication, welding, and/or mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair.
Maintain all systems and equipment associated with the Ultra Filter system.
Operate, test, adjust, and monitor the system and product for quality and quantity.
Assist the ultra-filter operator when needed.
Troubleshoot and maintain the process system.
Become familiar with the function and maintenance of the valves, piping, tanks, and CIP systems.
Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
