Complete Building Services (CBS) is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. We are looking for a candidate to perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis, conduct daily building/equipment tours and maintenance, and handle miscellaneous tasks such as ceiling tiles, lights, and bathrooms in two buildings located in Alexandria and Falls Church, VA.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Driver's License
• Minimum 3 years' experience commercial building maintenance
• Basic knowledge in electrical, HVAC and plumbing
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment
• Dependable and reliable

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis
• Conduct daily building/equipment tours and maintenance: RTU's/AC/VAV Boxes
• Miscellaneous: ceiling tiles, lights, bathrooms
