About The Position

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking Maintenance Mechanic's to join our team! We have positions available in our Winston-Salem and Garner North Carolina locations, for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. We offer relocation assistance! Maintenance Mechanic Role Overview Oversees and performs repairs on production facility equipment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED and three (3) years industrial/Manufacturing maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
One (1) to three (3) years PLC troubleshooting experience.
One (1) to three (3) years of experience with electrical – such as Three Phase.
One (1) to two (2) years’ experience with pneumatics.
Knowledge of Fabricating, Electrical, Pneumatics, Welding and Rigging.
Good Machine Shop skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Nice To Haves

Prior Military experience (Helicopter Maintenance Mechanics).

Responsibilities

Performs mechanical preventative and repair maintenance on all production equipment following written work order scheduling and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve issues related to the DC equipment and controls.
Understand and troubleshoot any issues related to the electrical phases systems.
Perform equipment installation and welding.
Identifies parts needed and maintains an inventory of parts in the stockroom.
Performs equipment changeovers.
Other duties as assigned.
