We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team and help ensure our facilities, equipment, and systems operate safely and efficiently every day. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of facility maintenance, mechanical repair, or related experience
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing building systems and mechanical equipment
- Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass required background screenings and drug testing
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to meet physical and security requirements associated with the position
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare, government, military, industrial, or commercial facilities
- Experience with pumps, compressors, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC support, or mechanical equipment repair
- Trade certifications or specialized maintenance training
- Experience working in a regulated or safety-sensitive environment
Responsibilities
- Performing preventive maintenance and routine inspections on buildings, equipment, and systems
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility-related issues
- Repairing and replacing components such as motors, pumps, compressors, fans, bearings, seals, switches, fixtures, receptacles, and filters
- Maintaining walls, ceilings, flooring, sidewalks, concrete surfaces, and other building components
- Assisting with HVAC support functions, irrigation systems, compressed gas systems, and general facility operations
- Diagnosing equipment malfunctions and determining effective repair solutions
- Using hand and power tools to perform maintenance and repair work safely and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and assisting with repair specifications when needed
- Supporting facility appearance, cleanliness, and overall operational readiness
- Working as part of a collaborative maintenance team committed to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
