About The Position

Join PMG Master Holdings, LLC as a Full-Time Maintenance Mechanic in Tampa, FL and become part of a hands-on team that helps keep our manufacturing and equipment operations running smoothly. PMG produces and supports pavement maintenance products and equipment, so this role is a good fit for someone who enjoys practical mechanical work, troubleshooting, and keeping equipment reliable. This is an onsite position with a competitive pay range of $25-$29 per hour. You will work around plant equipment, pumps, motors, tanks, mixers, hoses, hydraulics, trailers, and related support equipment. The role is primarily hydraulic and mechanical, with some basic electrical troubleshooting as needed. Nice To Haves

Experience with hydraulics, pumps, hoses, fittings, bearings, belts, trailers, welding, fabrication, small engines, or production equipment.
Basic electrical comfort, such as checking switches, wiring, relays, motors, lights, or simple power issues.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and hands-on troubleshooting for production and support equipment.
Check pumps, hoses, fittings, bearings, belts, chains, valves, cylinders, motors, trailers, and small equipment.
Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic issues, make repairs when possible, and communicate clearly when additional support or outside service is needed.
Assist with general plant upkeep, equipment cleaning, part replacement, lubrication, and maintenance records.
Conduct background checks, employee eligibility verifications, and schedule pre-hire screening requirements, including but not limited to drug testing and physicals.
