About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment and facility systems to support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. The position works hands-on with a variety of industrial equipment, including large-format printing systems such as digital presses, screen-printing equipment, and die-cutting/converting machinery.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electrical systems
Ability to read schematics, manuals, and use diagnostic tools

Nice To Haves

technical or vocational training preferred
Familiarity with printing equipment (digital, screen printing) and die cutting/converting equipment preferred
Welding and fabrication experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on production equipment and facility systems
Maintain and support large-format printing equipment, including digital presses, screen printing machines, and die cutting/converting equipment
Execute preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and safety
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
Assist with installation and startup of new equipment
Communicate equipment issues and urgent repair needs to maintenance leadership
Perform routine inspections of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and general infrastructure
Complete general maintenance tasks such as welding, electrical work, painting, and carpentry
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
