About The Position
Looking for a great-paying job in a safe & supportive work environment? Clean Tech is looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic at our recycling facility in Dundee, MI. This is a Direct Hire position that offers paid training and opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical skills

- Electrical knowledge a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance for machinery & mechanical equipment used in the plastic recycling process to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations
- Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures
- Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution
- Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures
- Receive thorough & ongoing training, with a clear pathway to promotion
