About The Position
Complete Building Services is adding an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to our team in Washington, DC. You will be supporting a large government site. The hours are Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 7:00 to 3:30 pm. The salary is $34.00 per hour based on experience. The Maintenance Mechanic will perform preventative maintenance on air handlers, pumps, AC equipment, heating equipment, air compressor, and exhaust fans within a large facility in the Washington, DC area. Hours are Monday-Friday, 6:00 to 2:30 pm or 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Must be flexible.
Requirements
- 3 years experience
- Universal CFC License
- General knowledge of building system operations
- Must be reliable
- Learning oriented
- Teamwork
- Mechanical and technical aptitude
- Safety conscious
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and general maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Perform preventative maintenance on air handlers, pumps, AC equipment, heating equipment, air compressor, and exhaust fans
