This is a Monday - Friday role working 7:30am - 4:00pm with rotating on-call duties. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
The ability to operate a variety of power and hands tools is required.
A basic knowledge of general maintenance and equipment repairs along with a minimum of one year experience in the field also required.

Nice To Haves

HVAC, plumbing, floor care, drywall, construction, and/or audio-visual experience.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide variety of building maintenance, repairs and services.
Assist in fire drills and emergency response procedures to keep our residents safe.
Respond to medical alert calls (no first aid necessary).
Participate in on call rotation with other staff.
