Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least three years electrical, mechanical, and plumbing maintenance preferred
  • At least three years of demonstrated knowledge and skills in employment of techniques used in the maintenance and equipment repair
  • Must have a “Safety First” mentality
  • Ability to anticipate and make decisions under pressure
  • Knowledge of industry maintenance practices and terminology
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Inventory management, equipment maintenance, data entry, and basic computer skills required
  • Ability to read schematics, prints or as-built drawings, and troubleshoot problems
  • Ability to operate hand tools and approved power tools
  • Good communication, organizational, time management and mathematical skills

Nice To Haves

  • Vocation or trade school training in HVAC, electrical and/or building automation preferred

Responsibilities

  • Performs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and preventative maintenance, and building automation which include analysis, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Liaison between management, contractors and vendors which includes scheduling shutdowns and inspections.
  • Execute quality control and preventive maintenance inspections (PMI's) and generates work orders.
  • Maintains a safe work environment by conducting walk-throughs, inspections, documenting and troubleshooting potential safety issues.
  • Provide shared 24/7- 365 day on call coverage for all critical equipment during non-business hours.
  • Duties may change and Team Member may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
