About The Position

Nestlé USA is seeking Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for their 3rd shift team at the Nestle Pizza division in Little Chute, WI. This role is responsible for performing predictive, preventative, and emergency maintenance on high-speed packaging equipment. The position involves maintaining records using computerized maintenance systems, conducting pre-start up reviews, preventative maintenance, re-builds, and troubleshooting. Requirements

One-year certificate from college or technical school or one to two years’ related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees or the organization.
Must be able to work in a team-based environment.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Performing predictive, preventative, and emergency maintenance tasks on high-speed packaging equipment.
Maintaining records such as equipment logs and reports utilizing computerized maintenance systems to track equipment reliability and manage time.
Conducting pre-start up reviews.
Performing preventative maintenance.
Performing re-builds.
Troubleshooting equipment issues.
Performing removal and installation of equipment.
Maintaining computerized documentation for PM01 and PM02s.
Maintaining a close working relationship with equipment operators.
Troubleshooting emergency equipment failures.
Performing equipment repair.
Abiding by all plant rules/policies including safety, GMP regulations and performing good housekeeping practices.
Willing to perform other duties as assigned.
Working in a team-based environment.
