In this Maintenance Mechanic role, you head out to assigned job sites, where no two days are the same. You might begin by patching and painting sheetrock in a commercial space, then move on to installing tile, performing general maintenance repairs, or even tackling welding and fabrication tasks. Throughout your day, you'll work independently, making decisions and solving problems on the spot while ensuring each job meets high standards. When larger projects arise, you'll collaborate with other skilled trades, contributing your expertise to complete multi-faceted repairs efficiently. At every stop, you represent Pacific Facility Solutions with professionalism, delivering excellent customer service and leaving each site better than you found it.

Requirements

• 5+ years of carpentry experience
• 3+ years of maintenance/handyman experience
• 3+ years of paint and patch experience
• Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Experience in tile, flooring, and general facility repair is highly valued.
