About The Position
We are currently seeking a Full Time Maintenance Mechanic to join our enthusiastic team at The Hearth at Drexel! The Hearth at Drexel is a premier retirement community in Bala Cynwyd, PA. We take pride in our dedicated team members who support and care for our residents.
Requirements
- Trade or vocational school graduate.
Nice To Haves
- Completion of four-year apprenticeship or equivalent experience and two years commercial experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Repairs, installs, replaces, and tests electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances using hand tools and testing instruments to supply electrical power for lighting and equipment operations in a continuing care community. Work will involve alterations and construction.
- Demo and install kitchen cabinets, hot water heaters, and garbage disposals as needed.
