About The Position

The Maintenance Mechanic will perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner, following all company safety policies, processes, and procedures. This role involves performing basic maintenance and repairs on production machinery, including Injection Molding Machines (IMM) and CNC equipment. The mechanic will also conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on production machinery and facility equipment, troubleshoot and diagnose basic mechanical and electrical issues, and assist with general facility maintenance. Accurate record-keeping and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment are essential. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing.
• Basic mechanical and electrical skill set.
• Basic mechanical aptitude required for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing production equipment and facility systems.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures, work instructions, and safety policies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report equipment issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
