About The Position
A SIGN -ON BONUS OF $4,081 IS AVAILABLE FOR THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT OF THIS POSITION PAID IN 2 INSTALLMENTS WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF HIRE : $2,040.50 WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE DATE & $2,040.50 12 MONTHS AFTER HIRE DATE . Performs general carpentry, minor electrical and general plumbing repairs and has daily contact with Department of Housing and Residential Education and Facilities Services Housing Support staff and has responsibility for doing a great deal of planning to ensure minimal impact on students and staff while performing duties and responsibilities. A valid North Carolina Driver’s License or ability to obtain one prior to start date. Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
