Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electromechanical systems, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to read and understand English for safety procedures, work instructions, and documenting maintenance activities clearly
  • Ability to work off-shifts, weekends, overtime, and extended shifts as needed
  • Physical requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation): Able to lift up to 50 lbs, move throughout your shift, varying temperatures, and work safely in loud areas and confined spaces

Nice To Haves

  • Technical degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanical maintenance, or electronics
  • Certifications in welding, vibration analysis, or thermography

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and mechanical systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, drive, steam, plumbing, and piping systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems using a computerized maintenance system
  • Support equipment upgrades, system start-ups, and capital or special maintenance projects
  • Review, update, and maintain engineering drawings, schematics, and system documentation
  • Perform welding and fabrication work (MIG, TIG, and stick) as needed
  • Coach and support operators with equipment adjustments, changeovers, and basic technical troubleshooting
  • Participate in problem-solving related to safety, quality, and equipment performance
  • Identify and address safety risks proactively and follow all safety procedures at all times
  • Support continuous improvement efforts, including TPM, Lean, and standard work initiatives
