About The Position

The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for the daily maintenance and repairs on bindery folding machines and printing presses. This role involves troubleshooting and fixing mechanical and electrical problems, planning and performing routine preventative maintenance, and assisting with building maintenance as needed. The position also requires purchasing parts and supplies.

Requirements

• Excellent mechanical skills
• Knowledge of scheduling preventative maintenance
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
• Basic electrical skills
• Basic pneumatic skills
• Basic knowledge of machine shop and welding
• Good mathematical skills
• Able to read, write and speak English
• Must be a team player with all departments

Nice To Haves

• Forklift and Hi Lo experience
