About The Position

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a skilled Multicraft Maintenance Technician for their 2nd & 3rd shift operations in Milwaukee, WI. This full-time role offers a competitive pay range of $29.32 to $39.95 per hour, with overtime premiums for daily, weekend, and holiday work. Requirements

2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multi-craft skills
Ability to work assigned shift (2nd or 3rd)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Technical degree or certification (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, etc.)
Experience in corrugated packaging, printing, converting, or manufacturing

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely
Performing preventive and predictive maintenance
Working closely with production and other maintenance team members
Continuously expanding technical skills through paid training and advancement programs
