About The Position

Complete Building Services is hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for two buildings, Alexandria and Falls Church, VA. Mileage paid. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Salary $25-$27 per hour. Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis Conduct daily building/equipment tours and maintenance : RTU's/AC/VAV Boxes Miscellaneous : ceiling tiles, lights, bathrooms

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Driver's License
• Minimum 3 years' experience commercial building maintenance
• Basic knowledge in electrical, HVAC and plumbing
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment
• Dependable and reliable

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis
• Conduct daily building/equipment tours and maintenance
• Maintenance of RTU's/AC/VAV Boxes
• Miscellaneous maintenance including ceiling tiles, lights, and bathrooms
