In search of a Maintenance Mechanic for a Class A building located in Bethesda, MD.

Requirements

Must possess CFC Universal
Basic coursework in electrical and HVAC systems
Reliable transportation
Able to lift sixty (60) pounds
Three (3) years minimum experience
Must have experience diagnosing and repairing household appliances
Background in residential maintenance, including HVAC, Plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis
Conduct daily building/equipment tours
Appliance repair
Diagnose and repair simple HVAC, plumbing and electrical problems
Provides assistance and support to subcontractors
Perform other duties as assigned
