About The Position

This position will complete assigned general maintenance and tasks in support of the general operation of the facility. Role and Responsibilities: Performs basic maintenance tasks to ensure the continued safe functioning of the farm. Performs repairs of forklifts, lorries, grow room equipment as well as regular warehouse maintenance. Performs basic facility inspections and submits reports to the Oxford Farm Manager. Ensures effective operation of all facility equipment and making appropriate repairs. Understanding and using Limble Maintenance Program daily for work orders. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School or General Education Diploma Required
• General handyman background is required.
• Previous experience in a maintenance environment.
• The ability to lift 50 pounds and climb a ladder.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC or electrical knowledge is a plus.

• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Problem solving skills.
• The ability to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks is a plus.
