The primary responsibilities of this position are to be to maintain, diagnose, repair, rebuild, adjust, perform preventative maintenance and install equipment within and around the facilities so as to keep the production operational and have zero loss of production chargeable to maintenance. The qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate a wide range of repair and maintenance skills including, general maintenance and cleaning, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and renovations. Must possess problem-solving and technical skills to solve plant maintenance problems. Demonstrate capability to operate and conduct preventative maintenance of building a machines. Provide own personal hand tools needed to safely perform the job and have a tool box for storage. Provide a means of notification/communication during non-working hours for emergencies. Respond to emergency calls within thirty (30) minutes. Adhere to all safety requirements including PPE, preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lock out-Tag out procedures and Process Safety Management related matters. Responsible for day‑to‑day coordination and oversight of electrical maintenance activities across the facility while actively supporting safe, compliant, and reliable electrical work execution. This role serves as a front‑line electrical leader, ensuring work is properly prioritized, performed according to electrical codes and safety standards, and aligned with operational needs. The position functions as a working leader and technical resource, providing guidance, task coordination, and field‑level decision‑making while maintaining an hourly, non‑supervisory classification. Perform assigned tasks efficiently with minimum supervision. All other related duties as assigned.
