About The Position

This is a multi-task, full-time position within the Maintenance Department. The role requires the ability to perform various duties, both internally and externally, to ensure a safe, clean, and healing environment. The position involves installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as specialized maintenance and repair functions on all types of equipment and electrical systems throughout the facilities. The Maintenance Mechanic will study blueprints and diagrams to understand the layout, location, and specifications of items to be installed, repaired, or serviced. This role requires working independently and adjusting to different circumstances regularly, while also troubleshooting various problems. Additionally, the position includes tasks such as shoveling snow from sidewalks and parking lots and salting icy spots when needed. The role demands effective management of time and resources.

Requirements
