About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role will assist in inspecting, maintaining, and repairing plant equipment and mobile machinery. It supports preventive maintenance tasks to improve equipment reliability and uptime, troubleshoots mechanical issues, and helps implement timely solutions. The position requires maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all safety procedures and collaborating with experienced mechanics to build technical skills and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on equipment maintenance.
• Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and apply new technical skills in a dynamic environment.
