Requirements
- Valid state driver’s license required.
Nice To Haves
- Trade school or equivalent experience preferred.
- Training in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, boiler maintenance, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, telecommunication systems, and various other hospital equipment preferred.
- Experience in commercial or hospital maintenance preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Test and maintain emergency power systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Respond to facility and safety needs promptly.
