About The Position
Palermo Villa, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead for their 3rd shift operation. This role involves leading a team of technicians to maintain high uptime on production lines, bringing structure to the shift, and developing team members. The position requires hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including PLCs, VFDs, servos, and robotics, and will contribute to the company's transition towards planned and predictive maintenance. This is an opportunity to lead in a well-supported and organized environment, moving away from reactive repairs.
Requirements
- Solid hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience leading or mentoring others.
- Technically strong.
- Disciplined about detail and safety.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support a shift team of technicians, keeping lines running at 98%+ uptime.
- Bring structure and a steady hand to the shift.
- Develop technicians on the team.
- Stay hands-on with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting (PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics).
- Help drive the move to predictive maintenance.
