About The Position

This is a long-term maintenance position with no per diem offered. The role involves repairing and maintaining the operating condition of industrial production or processing machinery and equipment. Responsibilities include repairing or replacing broken or malfunctioning components, disassembling machinery for repairs, observing and testing equipment to diagnose malfunctions, and reassembling equipment after work is completed. The job also requires maintaining work equipment, repairing or replacing worn or damaged mechanical parts, observing equipment for potential problems, and operating machines or processes using control mechanisms or direct physical activity. Additionally, the role involves inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify defects and performing physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.

Requirements

  • Must pass pre employment background and physical
  • Must have valid Driver's license
  • Must have 3 to 5 years Industrial Maintenance experience

Responsibilities

  • Repair or maintain the operating condition of industrial production or processing machinery or equipment.
  • Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery or equipment.
  • Disassemble machinery or equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
  • Observe and test the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters or other testing devices.
  • Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs.
  • Disassemble equipment for maintenance or repair.
  • Maintain work equipment or machinery.
  • Repair worn, damaged, or defective mechanical parts.
  • Replace worn, damaged, or defective mechanical parts.
  • Observe equipment in operation to detect potential problems.
  • Service, repair, adjust, and test machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of mechanical (not electronic) principles.
  • Use either control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate machines or processes (not including computers or vehicles).
  • Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
  • Use hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things.
  • Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of.
