MAINTENANCE MECHANIC III - 2nd Shift
About The Position
McCormick & Company, Inc., a global leader in the spice, flavor, and seasonings industry, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Mechanic III to work in their South Bend plant. This position reports to a Maintenance Team Manager and involves troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment, making machine adjustments, performing minor fabrication of parts, electrical troubleshooting and repairs, reading schematics and blueprints, conducting preventive maintenance, managing product changeovers, implementing ideas to improve line efficiencies, and performing quality checks. The role requires at least three years of industrial maintenance experience, the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities, strong attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-based skills. Self-starting and problem-solving abilities are also essential.

- Being a self-starter as well as a problem-solver are required assets.
