About The Position

To perform all aspects necessary for the maintenance of the equipment used in the manufacturing of Turbine Engine components and, the repair and construction within the facility. This role will be onsite 100% of the time.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of industrial mechanics and industrial electrical (pneumatic and hydraulic)
Able to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
Able to operate maintenance shop equipment
Required to have a valid driver’s license and a company issued fork truck license
Demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude
Troubleshoot servo and spindle drives using multimeters and diagnostic software
Analyze ladder logic and PLCs
Test high and low voltage system
Restore parameters and software
Read complex electrical schematics
Deep understanding of CNC feedback loops, encoders, and motor amplifiers
Strong background in general industrial electricity.

Responsibilities

Use and care for related test equipment
Install, service and maintain the operating condition all of the facilities CNC Machines
Determine the reasons for equipment failure
Make routine, periodic or special inspections to determine the necessity of the repair and maintenance of the plant machinery and equipment
Use manufacturers’ drawings and specifications, installation, layouts and sketches, and follow the written and verbal instructions to aid effecting other than major repairs (those that require the equipment or machine to be repaired by outside sources)
Other job-related duties as assigned
High Level of Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak, Okuma control knowledge and parameter background.
