About The Position

The Maintenance Mechanic I is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and correcting equipment breakdowns and facility maintenance as required to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. This position also performs mechanical repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure the ongoing integrity and reliability of equipment to keep the plant operating safely and efficiently. Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and vendors.
