Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong Electrical and mechanical aptitude
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Nice To Haves
- Industrial Technology and Maintenance Certification or Equivalent work experience preferred.
- 2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
- AC/DC electric, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, machining, and fabrication.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Maintenance Team Lead in all aspects of maintenance procedures and activities.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues.
- Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic subsystems, ovens, machining centers, and other custom equipment.
- Execute and manage repair and preventative maintenance work orders in the Visual/IQM system and ensure completion.
- Maintain and repair building systems, facility infrastructure, and surrounding grounds, including all subsystems.
- Facilitate the installation and/or movement of equipment as needed within the facility.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
- Demonstrate company core values and maintain strong attendance and reliability.
- Perform other tasks or projects as directed by supervisor.
