About The Position

The Maintenance Manager position will require leading the Maintenance Department to ensure plant reliability, efficiency, and cost-effective operation. This role will oversee all maintenance activities, manage plant fixed costs and variable costs related to grinding media and lubricants, and ensure optimal use of resources while supporting continuous improvement and safe work practices across all maintenance disciplines. Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 12 months’ experience in SAP.
  • 12 months’ experience in the cement industry.
  • 12 months’ experience in reliability systems.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an engineer.
