About The Position

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance activities across the manufacturing facility to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment, utilities, facilities, and infrastructure. The role is critical in maximizing equipment uptime, reducing unplanned downtime, improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to achieve operational and business objectives.

  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including: Equipment uptime, OEE, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), Planned vs. reactive maintenance ratio.
  • Lead root cause investigations into equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and manage annual maintenance plans and shutdown schedules.
  • Ensure effective maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution through CMMS systems.
  • Prioritize maintenance activities to minimize disruption to production operations.
  • Ensure maintenance records, procedures, and documentation are maintained accurately.
  • Manage site facilities and critical utilities including: Electrical systems, HVAC systems, Water and cooling systems, Compressed air systems, Building infrastructure.
  • Coordinate contractor activities and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement projects.
