About The Position

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance activities across the manufacturing facility to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment, utilities, facilities, and infrastructure. The role is critical in maximizing equipment uptime, reducing unplanned downtime, improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience leading TPM initiatives
Experience identifying and implementing cost-saving and efficiency improvement projects
Experience supporting automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives

Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing safe systems of work
Experience managing machine guarding, lockout/tagout procedures, and contractor safety
