About The Position

First Western is seeking a Maintenance Manager to work hands-on for their six locations in Northwest Arkansas. This role will consist of minor maintenance repairs (i.e. light bulb changes, lock changes, moving furniture, etc.) to coordinating with outside vendors on large repairs (i.e. appliance maintenance, building repairs, etc.). It is the responsibility of the Maintenance Manager to assist with bids for repair projects, so maintaining good rapport with external vendors is a must. The person in this role is responsible for transferring inter-office mail between branches daily, as well as ensuring branch supplies are ordered or purchased on a continual basis. Responsibilities also include scheduling maintenance on several company-owned vehicles, inspecting buildings and grounds for any possible repair needs and making maintenance recommendations to their supervisor. The Maintenance Manager will have the opportunity to interact with other employees across the company, as well as outside vendors, so a helpful and friendly personality is important. Hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and is full-time with benefits. Must maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Will be responsible for driving throughout Northwest Arkansas to transfer and deliver items as well as shop for branch supplies. Company vehicle and cell phone are provided during the workday. Position is moderately physical and requires the employee to lift and move heavy items at times, use a ladder, work with tools for minor repairs, etc. Applicants must pass a criminal background, consumer credit check, as well as drug screening.
