As the Maintenance Manager, you are a part of Best People, you lead and supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians. The Maintenance Manager will report to our Regional Business Manager and work closely with our customers to identify maintenance opportunities for improving quality, reducing costs, increasing efficiency, while managing a team to ensure effective execution. You apply expertise in Industrial Maintenance Operations to ensure all work is performed safely at the highest quality levels. Your passion for providing exceptional customer service contributes to our world-class customer service reputation. As the Maintenance Manager, you will work as a business partner with our clients, you are exceeding their expectations daily by implementing our Best Systems while you engage with our team to share your voice as we collectively identify and eliminate waste to deliver Best Results!   • Ability to use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience
  • High mechanical and electrical aptitude that can be demonstrated through experience
  • Ability to efficiently utilize maintenance planning software packages such as eMaint, MP2, or Maximo
  • In-depth knowledge of standard processes, high levels of operational judgment and technical knowledge
