This position is responsible for analyzing equipment failures, recommending solutions, and utilizing predictive maintenance tools to maximize equipment reliability. The role involves managing the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program, developing and improving Preventative Maintenance (PM) procedures, and training skilled trades and operators. The Maintenance Manager will also engage employee involvement in TPM, identify methods to optimize lubrication management, and assess the effectiveness of the TPM program. Additionally, the role includes assisting with equipment improvement and maintenance projects, managing plant capital and repair projects, developing methods to improve storeroom effectiveness, and participating in critical spare parts strategy. The position also involves supervising department employees on an as-needed basis, filling in for absent supervisors, planning and assigning work to hourly employees, and resolving employee issues.
