This includes fully preparing apartment homes for new residents as well as maintaining the condition of occupied apartments. The role requires proficiency in painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, landscape quality control, and irrigation repairs, and maintaining the community's curb appeal. The candidate must have the ability to transfer knowledge to others, address residents' customer service needs through clear and caring communication, work independently with a sense of urgency, be solutions-oriented, and be willing and able to learn industry-leading technology. Demonstrated organizational skills are required to prioritize daily schedules and meet property demands.
