About The Position

The Maintenance Manager role at IEA Kenosha Plant in Kenosha, WI 53144 requires a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills. Requirements

• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, etc.
• Ability to plan, organize and direct multiple work activities simultaneously.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret field documents, plant drawings, and blueprints.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and the ability to follow safe work practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Supervisory experience.
• Bachelor or Technical degree in Facility Management or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts preferably.
