About The Position

The Maintenance Manager in the Accommodation and Food Services industry is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations to ensure the facility operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel maintenance management.
  • Proven knowledge and experience with predictive and preventive maintenance techniques.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and plant maintenance operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a maintenance team effectively.
  • The Maintenance Manager applies their expertise in maintenance management daily by designing and executing maintenance schedules that prevent equipment failure and optimize operational uptime.
  • Their knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance allows them to anticipate issues before they arise, reducing costly downtime and repairs.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Maintenance Management or Facility Management (e.g., CMRP, CFMT).

Responsibilities
