About The Position
Lead and optimize plant electrical maintenance systems to ensure reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. Plan and manage maintenance resources, budgets, and scheduling to drive cost-effective performance. Oversee and coordinate plant projects, shutdowns, and contractor activities. Partner cross-functionally to provide technical expertise and continuous improvement for production and maintenance. Champion a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead electrical maintenance teams and drive performance outcomes
- Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices in a heavy industrial setting
- Proven capability in project management, planning, and execution of complex initiatives
- Ability to analyze data, evaluate ROI, and support decision-making with sound technical judgment
- Commitment to safety excellence and fostering a collaborative, accountable work environment
