IMT Residential is hiring a Service Manager (Maintenance Manager) for IMT Pleasanton, a 200-unit community in Pleasanton. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with an on-call rotation every two weeks. The Service Manager is the maintenance leader for our 200-unit apartment community, responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, team performance, and service delivery. This role leads a team of maintenance professionals and vendors to ensure the community is maintained to IMT’s high standards while delivering an exceptional resident experience.
