About The Position

As a
Maintenance Manager with Midwest Best Block, you
are responsible for:

Oversight of the Maintenance Operations Personnel
Implementing a Preventative Maintenance Program (with documentation and record keeping that is easily accessible)
Diagnosing Mechanical Problems and Determining how to Correct Them
Dismantling and Reassembling Plant and Machinery Equipment
Assisting in Selection and Installation of Replacement Equipment
Constructing Replacement Parts to Specification (Fabrication)
Evaluating Cost and Inventory Control
Safety Inspections (for OSHA, EPA, and Company Compliance)
Utilization of a CMMS program

Requirements

• Conduct Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, PLC, and Conveyor System Diagnoses
• Conduct Root-Cause Analysis and Implementing Solutions
• Experience in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Work, Management
• Aware of the Safety Procedures Needed to Conduct Themselves Ethically, in this Role
• Work in a dusty, climate-controlled, industrial environment
