About The Position

Nature's Grace and Wellness is seeking a full-time Maintenance Manager to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual that can identify the various tasks and strategies that are necessary to sustaining the overall well-being of our facilities.

Requirements

  • Experience in Building Maintenance
  • Experience in management and leadership
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating repairs
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local building codes
  • Knowledge of building maintenance safety procedures
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
  • General knowledge of mechanical operating system principles, building construction, facility and grounds
  • Ability to use Microsoft office and learn new technologies
  • Must be 21 years of age to apply
  • Must be able to pass a federal background check

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor all predictive, proactive and reactive maintenance throughout each facility.
  • Ensure all building systems are running at optimal efficiency and operational capacity.
  • Ensure all facilities are well maintained and safe at all times throughout any preventative or reactive work.
  • Receive and evaluate any repair requests from personnel to determine if repairs can be performed in house or through a contracted service.
  • Solicit bids from vendors, negotiate pricing and timeframes for repair.
  • Manage employees that perform maintenance work.
  • Schedule all preventative maintenance on facility systems and equipment, including: HVAC, boilers, chillers, electrical systems, generators, exhaust systems, irrigation systems, doors, building structures and production equipment.
  • Assist with documentation of repairs to include: time requirements, repair / parts costs, notification of completion.
  • Participates in the design, coordination and management of all construction projects
  • Coordinates and manages the procurement and install of all new equipment.
  • Coordinates all exterior maintenance including: snow removal, power washing, etc.
  • Responsible for maintaining inventories, supply requests, and work orders.
  • Identifying maintenance risks throughout the building
  • Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
  • Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions through company maintenance system.
  • Responsible for overall cleanliness of the building through management of the custodian team.
