The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. The Maintenance Manager will also assist the quality manager with root cause analysis and corrective actions, develop process procedures for technicians, and proactively support company initiatives for safety, environmental protection, and continual improvement. Performance metrics will be monitored to improve processes and ensure long-term reliability. The role also involves negotiating with vendors for supplies and purchases, maintaining accurate maintenance records, and managing maintenance budgets for cost-efficiency.
